Write it once.
Reach everyone.
Tell EmailCurator your news in a sentence or two. It writes one clear, professional email for your whole list, using only the facts you give, and checks it for placeholders, spam words and made-up numbers before you ever see it.

How it works
From a few words to a finished email in three steps
No templates to fill in and no blank page. You bring the news; EmailCurator does the writing and the checking.
- 1
Tell it your news
Choose the kind of email, then say in a line or two what's happening and what you'd like readers to do. Add the facts that matter: dates, prices, links. Pick a tone and a length.
- 2
Get a checked draft
In about ten seconds you have the email, three subject lines to choose from, and a short note on anything worth checking before it goes out.
- 3
Polish it and send
Edit any word yourself, or ask for it shorter, friendlier or more formal. Then copy it, open it in Gmail, or send it to your list from your own address: up to 500 a day, about 12 a minute, in the background.
Your form and your last email are kept if you refresh the page.
Quality checks
A second pair of eyes on every draft
Before a draft reaches you, EmailCurator reads it against plain, strict rules and fixes what it finds. Anything it can't fix on its own is listed for you to check.
Only your facts
Numbers, dates and prices have to come from your brief. Anything new is caught, then fixed or flagged for you.
No placeholders
Every draft is checked for [Name], {{company}} and "insert link here" before you see it.
No guessed names
The same email to everyone opens with "Hi there,". With personal fields, names come only from your list, never made up.
No shouting
No words in capitals, no rows of exclamation marks, nothing that looks like spam.
No pressure, no buzzwords
"Act now" and "leverage our synergies" are out. Plain words read better and look less like spam.
The length you chose
Short, medium or long, kept close to the word count you picked.
Refine
Not quite right? Just ask.
Every draft is yours to shape. Tap a refine and the whole email is rewritten in that direction, keeping your facts exactly as they were.
- 1
Six one-click refines
Shorter, more detail, more formal, friendlier, simpler words, or a clearer call to action.
- 2
Or say it in your words
“Mention free parking”, “make the date stand out”: type the change and apply it.
- 3
Three free with every email
Refines don't use credits, editing by hand is always free, and undo takes you back a step.

Every package sends the same careful way
From your own email account, at a pace mail providers are happy with.
Up to 500 emails a day per account
That's Gmail's own daily limit for a personal account, counted across all your sends from that address.
About 12 emails a minute
10 at a time, a few seconds apart, with a short break between, so your provider never sees a burst. 350 people take about 30 minutes.
Over the limit? They wait, they don't fail
Anyone past today's 500 goes out automatically as the 24-hour window frees up. If your provider asks to slow down, sending pauses and carries on by itself.

Need to reach more than 350 people per email?
What does EmailCurator write?
One email for your whole list: announcements, offers, event invitations, introductions, follow-ups, thank-you notes, requests and service notices. Send everyone the same email, written to suit every reader, or use personal fields, so each person's copy has their own name, company and other details from your list.
What is the difference between OpenPromote and EmailCurator?
OpenPromote is the company and your account: one sign-in, one balance of credits. EmailCurator is its first tool, the email writer. More OpenPromote tools, starting with social media, will use the same account.
Will it make things up?
No. It only uses the facts you give it. Every draft is checked for numbers, dates and claims that aren't in your brief, and for placeholders like [Name]. Anything that needs your attention is listed under "Worth checking" before you send.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $0.99 (Rs 299) for 2 emails. There is no subscription and no free plan: you buy a pack when you need one, and your credits never expire.
Do personal fields cost more?
No. The AI writes the email once, and filling in each person's details costs nothing more. One credit is one email of either kind, and your package's people per email works the same way.
How do I pay?
In rupees, by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Choose a package, send the amount, and enter the transaction reference. Your credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a package you haven't used: ask within 14 days of paying and you get all your money back. Once some of its credits are used, a package can't be refunded, but credits never expire. A double charge, or a payment that didn't add your credits, is always put right. Our refund policy has the details.
What counts as one email?
Writing a new email uses one credit. Each email comes with 3 free changes: a refine (shorter, friendlier, more formal and so on) or a fresh version from the same details. Editing the text yourself is always free. Each email can reach as many people as your package allows, counted across all its sends, and nobody gets the same email twice. To reach more people with the same email, one more credit adds the same number again.
How do I send it?
Copy it into any app, open it straight in Gmail or your mail app, or send it to your list from your own address with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hostinger or any SMTP server. Paste your list or import it from a CSV or Excel file, and send yourself a test first.
How many emails can I send in a day, and how fast?
Up to 500 a day from one email account. That is Gmail's own daily limit for a personal account, so EmailCurator never goes past it, counting all your sends from that address. Emails go out at about 12 a minute, a few at a time, so 350 people take about 30 minutes. Anyone past the day's 500 goes out automatically as the 24-hour window frees up, and if your provider asks to slow down, sending pauses and carries on by itself. You can close the page: it runs on our servers, and you can follow it under Sent emails.
Is my email password safe?
Your password is only used to send your campaign. It is encrypted while the campaign runs and deleted as soon as it finishes. For Gmail, use an app password rather than your main one.
What happens to my contact lists?
They are used only to send your email and to show you who got it. 90 days after a send finishes, its list of people is deleted; the totals, such as how many were sent, stay in your history.
Can it write in Urdu?
Yes. Write your brief in Urdu and the email comes back in Urdu, with a natural greeting. It writes in the language of your brief, so English and other languages work the same way.
What's coming next?
